Hi! We’re Tim + Lauren York
It all began when we went to Lauren’s childhood home of Philadelphia where Tim tasted Italian Ice for the very first time. With Tim’s background in craft cocktail bartending and Lauren’s love of design, we decided to create this tasty treat, but made with better ingredients, and design every detail with love.
We built our custom designed cart with a little help from our friends in 2018 in Kansas City MO. Soon after, we moved to be closer to Lauren’s family to Northern California where we built out our food trailer, grew our business, and experimented with fresh fruit flavors.
In 2024 we decided to bring Neon Palm back to where it all began, the city that we both love, Kansas City! We are thrilled to be back, and to be a part of an incredible food scene.
